Back on a schedule
So, a few things have gone on since my last post and goal I made. I was planning on doing the Halloween Half this month which I was really looking forward to, but i decided not to because of my right knee which is not cooperating right now :( I'm really bummed about it, but would rather dance and perform then running and me not being able to dance for Christmas. Plus, I have another Tough Mudder to look forward to in January and I have to be strong for that! What I am doing starting tomorrow though, is P90X again. I never really finished the last time I did it, so I'm starting over. I am looking to get Insanity which is really good, but till then, I'm getting myself back on schedule!! I have been working and dancing quite a bit, but feel like I need to get on a routine again. It always makes it easier to accomplish my workouts. So, back to good ol' P90X!! Let's pray my knee will be nice to me!!
