Run 30:00

Yesterday I ran outside for 30:00. I felt pretty good doing it, but after, my legs killed me! My problem is that when the weekend comes, it's hard for me to keep up on my training due to work and things going on. I gotta MAKE myself do it cause I can tell a huge difference if I skip a few days! It's frustrating!! Running is definitely gonna be the worst part for me! On a lighter note, I get my back today!!! Very excited about it :)

Today, I'll be going to my cycling class for 60:00. Should be fun!!!
