Crank it up!!

At the gym, they started up what's called a Crank Class where they're machines that work mainly your arms, but really your whole body too! We did a 30 minute class today which sucked! You think it's going to be easy, but when you start going, it kills your arms way bad, especially when you're alternating arms! I love it though! It's lots of fun! After, I swam an 1100 doing 8 75s, alternating the strokes Butterfly, Back, Breast, and Free and then 4 125s, doing free style and Butterfly. Ya, my arms were JELLO!! I did not feel like myself swimming! I was so sore!! It was a good work out though!!!
