P90X... Day 1
So, I have commited myself in doing P90X full out! Well, probably not the 6-7 days, but gonna put in 4-5 days a week, plus what I am doing for my training. Like I said before, I have kind of gone downhill these last few months and want to kick my you know what into gear again! I am dedicated to loosing the extra skin off my lovely tummy by June!! Tonight, I did the arm and shoulder workout, plus the ab ripper X which is getting a lot easier surprisingly! Must be getting stronger :) Anyways, wish me luck! I really am gonna need it this time!!! Can already tell I'm gonna be sore!
