Training and dancing go fabulous together!
On Monday, my cousin and I met up with our trainer and went over our workouts that he wants us to do. We did a lot of weight stuff that focused on certain parts of our body. I loved it because most of it are things that I haven't done before so hopefully itll get the areas I want to slim down more! I'm excited to make him proud as well as myself!! Yesterday, I wasnt feeling good earlier and had to work, but got myself enough energy to kill myself doing insanity! Seriously!! I am dying after doing one of those workouts, but love it!! Then today, I had my fun 3 hours at dance! I just love Wednesdays!! I was quite anxious all day for some reason, must be the certain time of the month or something :) but after dance tonight, I felt so much better!! So with training and dance, things are good!!!
