Kenpo X

Today I was unable to go to the gym due to car issues, so I decided to do the Kenpo X from P90X. Besides Plyometrics being my favorite, this one is a close second! It works your arms and legs really good as well as your stomach with how much you're leaning different ways and such. I love how much I sweat afterwards, which is kind of gross, but good to know how well it kicks my booty! I am making a goal to do 3-4 P90X videos a week plus my Tri Training as well. I have kind of been a slacker with my set workouts and realized today that I need to get into gear again. I don't know what the heck is with me lately! I just have had no motivation to do much, especially on my days off which is the best time to go! Anyways, that is going to change now because I can tell that I've gained a few pounds and need to get my body into good shape for this summer!! I know I can do it, I just have to get in that mind set again!!!
