So, Douglas and I started a 100 pushup and sit up challenge which you can find online. I had started it last year, but never finished it and Douglas is trying to get more in shape for the tough mudder, so we decided to do it together to keep us committed to finish them! Mon, Wed, and Fri will be the pushup workout and then Tues, Thurs, and Sat will be the sit up. Take a look if you are interested in getting stronger. It's a very good concept!!
As for training, I started this week to get into the every day fun!!! I shall be posting more regularly!! Wish me luck!!
