This morning I had my first session with my trainer at Golds Gym. It was mainly just to meet him and write down my goals and such. I think he'll be good to help me get to my goal weight and body fat, not that I need to lose a ton, but just another person's input will help me with what I am missing with my workouts and nutrition. Right now, I am looking to lock in my training with the Tri this summer! It's gonna be fun getting back into the training mode!
After I met up with the trainer, I ran 2 miles. Haven't done that in a while, but it felt good! I just am not a huge treadmill runner to run long distances. It gets too boring for me! Can't wait for it to warm up! Gotta get comfortable with 6 mile runs!!
