Still Going!!

So, I've kind of taken a break with my whole Triathlon training. I am still working out, but just not doing the day to day schedule of what I used to do with the training. I actually have been going strong with the P90X and ever since I started that, I've lost 12 pounds!! It's so crazy to me! For the past 6-8 months, I've pretty much stayed the same weight, maybe fluctuating a pound or so, which was a comfortable weight, but I still was wanting to lose a few more pounds to get rid of some left over baby weight that I had. I never really changed my eating habits, maybe laid off more on the soda, so I have to say that the P90X is what did it for me!! I weighed myself for the first time since doing the dvds last Friday, and was shocked on my weight! I had to weigh on another scale just to make sure! I am happy on where I'm at now with weight, but am still trying to tone my loose tummy that I still have! Gotta love that :) Overall, I feel not only better about myself, but so much more strong and energized like I have never felt before! Exercise is such a part of my life now. I'm actually thinking of getting certified to be an aerobic instructor. It would be something that I'd love to do, especially in helping others!! As for the triathlon stuff, I am really wanting to do one more this Year, but just not sure on which one to commit to yet, due to my busy schedule!!
