Dance, Swim, and P90X

Yesterday, was my first actual Day to get back in the groove of things with my training. I went to Jazz, which was so much fun! Also, I did a P90X video on Back and Biceps, which was awesome! I just love those workouts!! Today, I swam a 1200, consisting of kick drills, strengthening my arms, and sprints. Swimming rocks, that's all I have to say about that!! As for tonight, I will be running 20 minutes as well as Pylometrics.

Another thing I've started doing is a 100 pushup challenge and 200 sit up challenge. It consists of a 6 week period adding more reps to each day. I'll be doing them Mon, Wed, and Fri. Definitely good for toning!! If you're interested in doing it, the website is http://hundredpushups.com/
