What's Happening...
So, last week was my recovery week. This week, I've been back into my training for my next Triathlon on the 26th! Monday, my workout was doing a Jazz Dance class, very different I know, but it was so fun and a good workout too!! Tuesday, I swam a 1200, and Today I went to my cycling class for an hour and ran 30:00. I feel like the biggest thing I need to work on is my endurance, especially with my running! This Triathlon is a 400 meter Swim, 10 MIle Bike, and a 5k Run. Of course the run is the same!! Gotta love that!! I am so looking forward in beating my running time from the last one!! Gotta push myself!!!
